Yes Optisplitstic 2022/23

We’re not ones to make apologies for showing up late to a party. For us to release a splitboard, it had to be the right time and with the right people behind it. Taking the powerful and versatile outline of our Optimistic, sizing it for the needs of our team and partners at Eagle Pass Heli was the first step to making this program legit. We then designed and developed a simple (read: reliable), lightweight clip system with our friends at Spark R&D® that maintains the torsional integrity of the solid Optimistic so that after that long, leg-burn up to your line, you can rip down it with uncompromising confidence.

The Yes Optisplistic is also one of the best all-mountain splitboards you can find in the market these days. An excellent performance in any type of terrain; from powder days where the conditions are most favorable, to gnarly terrain and changing snow. Based on the solid Optimistic, the Optisplistic is a directional shaped splitboard with traditional camber, for riders looking for solidness and the ultimate tool that adds confidence to their riding. One of the features that strikes most at first glance is the underbite edges under the binding, to provide excellent grip when hanging on the edge. A very generous 26 mm waist width for the 159cm length, marks the difference compared to other more classic cut freeride all-mountain splitboards, but this certainly doesn’t compromise one bit its surprising agility from edge-to-edge, even in short turns. Speaking of flex and torsion, it is a highly stiff board which requires a good press on the edge when steering it. A splitboard mostly suited for advanced riders and solid, aggressive riding.
