Stranda Tree Surfer B.C. 2021/22
The Tree Surfer Backcountry is not just a great fishshaped splitboard. The groundbreaking hammerhead nose makes it go through thick crust like a tank, and opens up a track for the rest of the board to follow in. The fishtail sinks and steer in powder and windpacked without all the drawbacks of a bigger swallowtail. The splitversion comes with a scratchresistant polyamid topsheet and aluminium tip and tail protectors. It’s made to be ridden hard and for many seasons.

If you’re lucky enough to enjoy riding deep powder a certain number of days each season, the Tree Surfer is your choice of weapon. The low camber profile, together with a generous nose rocker and a swallowtail, result in excellent floatability and maximum control on deep pow, even on unexpected mixed snow we are likely to find along a backcountry line. We were equally amazed by an agile edge-to edge and how solid it feels riding on mixed or hardpack snow at high speed. In the same way, you will also enjoy the Tree Surfer if you like wrapping up your day carving turns on the slopes.
