Nitro Squash 2023/24

The Nitro Squash has finally scored the BEST ALL-MOUNTAIN award after being a runner-up for many seasons. The Squash’s shape has been totally revamped on the nose and the swallow tail to provide greater float on powder, as well as to improve its steering skills. In fact, one of our favorite features in the Squash has always been its agility, both while starting the turn and changing edges. It is an extremely intuitive board, very easy to ride, in a perfect combination of progressive sidecut and traditional camber. This classic all-mountain shape and profile is complemented with a swallowtail to make your riding easier and more fun on podwder, so overall, we have an extremely versatile board that works well no matter the terrain or the snow conditions. Both on exposed terrain and mixed snow, or on deep powder, the Squash performs surprisingly well. We were equally seduced by a great balance between flex and torsion, because even being on the stiff side, the flex feels very natural. At first glance, you might think it’s a true powder splitboard, but The Squash is very polyvalent, possibly one of the most versatile splitboards you can find out there this season. Certainly, a solid choice for riders who want to reduce their quiver to a minimum.
