Equipped with new Phantom Clips, the Koi Split allows you to explore every corner of the mountain: from snow-covered forests to the highest peaks, everything is possible. Its DNA bioplastic topsheet is very sturdy and allows snow to slide without sticking to the surface (you don’t want to carry extra weight up the mountain). The Powder Camber (rocker-camber) allows you to float on the deepest snow whilst offering a dynamic and efficient rider on hard snow. Its Sidewaves 2.0 will bring you all the necessary grip on icy surfaces or in steep couloirs. Built with an IS7200 sintered base, Carbon Power Beams for added response and our Powder Paw vibration dampener, this premium splitboard is the ideal choice for riders looking for quality gear for their next expeditions. The Blizzard Camber by Borealis provides the perfect combination of rocker and traditional camber for the highest versatility on the mountain. Maximum floatability on powder days and absolute control when steering the board on the edge on powder days, for a splitboard that is both highly reactive and agile. Despite the stiff flex & torsion that make it such a reactive board, it is surprisingly easy to initiate turns. It changes quickly from edge to edge, looking to shorten the turns, something we particularly appreciate in a board, and on the one hand, stiff flex & torsion but nevertheless an easy, forgiving, fun behaviour. The Borealis Koi is an extremely versatile board to shred deep powder or for fun carving sessions on the way down home, an excellent choice if you want to reduce your quiver to the minimum.
