870,00

Constructed with durability in mind, the Tour Operator is a beacon of light for all committed split fiends whose seasons start with the first snowfall and end when the valley’s in shorts. This reliable workhorse packs in many of Amplid’s fabled technologies for a high-class riding experience, but with a friendlier psychogram that’s good to go straight out the box. For 2023 tip- and tail holes that make mounting skins hassle-free have been added, plus new lengths are available this season to cater for smaller, lighter riders. In short, this a stress-free, unisex, do-anything dominator. With our patented STRATOSPHERIC topsheet for an even easier uphill sensation.

The MOST VERSATILE award of the season goes to the Amplid Tour Operator, a true quiver-killer that is outstandingly adaptable and versatile. Its directional shape – with setback stance – low camber and early rise profile is everything you need to enjoy flawless performance no matter the terrain and snow condition, from mixed snow on demanding terrain, to deep powder where a maximum floatability is required. A great medium-stiff flex and torsion balance results in an intuitive, agile splitboard that feels very stable at high speed; hands down, a splitboard that offers a great reactivity/ playfulness ratio. One of the major features we look for when we are trying to choose our next splitboard is durability, and the Tour Operator’s construction makes it as reliable and durable as possible. This is probably why the weight had to be slightly compromised by a few grams. A splitboard developed both for riders looking for their first, durable splitboard, as well as for intermediate/advanced riders who want a board to, do-it-all.
