Attendees will converge on Charlie’s Mountain View bar in Government Camp, OR on Friday and Saturday nights to plan their daily tours for the weekend.
This March 8-10, the 2nd Annual Oregon Splitfest will be held at Mt. Hood.
Splitfest attendees will be responsible for their own touring routes and safety; this is not a guided event.
There is plenty of backcountry terrain available at Mt. Hood for all experience levels; noob through expert.
Anyone got a summit attempt in them? Attendees are responsible for their own accomodations during the weekend of the event.
A raffle will be held Saturday night, with all proceeds to benefit the Northwest Avalanche Center, along with a best photo contest. Attendees
will have the opportunity to win lots of prizes donated by our sponsors, including several new factory splitboards.
